Returns & Exchanges

Yuzefi offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items, provided they are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We strive to make the return process as seamless as the craftsmanship of our collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original Yuzefi dust bag and box to ensure they are protected during transit, including all original documentation.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
